These terms ("Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the https://www.easymeeting.net website and mobile applications ("Services") operated by Easymeeting AS ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these terms carefully before using our sites and services.

Access to and use of our services is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who have access to or use the services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not be able to access the service.

BUY

When purchasing products or services available through our websites, you may be asked to provide information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing date and delivery information.

You represent and warrant that: You have the legal right to use credit cards or other payment method (s) in connection with the purchase and that the information you provide is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you give us the right to share the information further with third parties, for the purpose of facilitating the completion of purchases.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order at any time, including, but not limited to: availability of products or services, errors in the description or price of products or services, errors in the order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

The customer bears the risk for equipment from the time the item is delivered.

Unless otherwise agreed, Easymeeting guarantees that the delivered equipment is free of faults and defects for a warranty period of 12 months.

Easymeeting's warranty liability does not cover conditions such as accident, fire, lightning, overvoltage, static electricity, water damage, environmental/climate conditions that fall outside the specifications, or damage caused in connection with building work.

We are also not responsible if the delivery is subject to abnormal or unauthorized use.

We are also not responsible if the Customer makes changes, modifications, connection with other equipment, maintenance etc. that are not approved by Easymeeting.

The customer is obliged to examine the item immediately upon receipt, regardless of how the item is wrapped. Complaints must be made in writing and be received by Easymeeting within 3 weeks of the Customer's receipt of the goods.

If the Customer discovers deficiencies, the Customer must, without undue delay, and with an absolute complaint deadline of 12 months, complain in writing to Easymeeting.

If there is a defect upon delivery, Easymeeting covers the costs associated with the warranty, with the exception of shipping and insurance associated with the transport of the equipment from the Customer to the address Easymeeting specifies for rectification/repair.


We are entitled, at our own discretion, to either carry out a repair/correction, re-delivery or give a proportionate price reduction.

In the case of repairs/improvements, no price discount will be given.

Correction under warranty will take place during normal working hours. If the customer wants correction outside normal working hours, this can be agreed with Easymeeting. Then the ordinary hourly rate will apply for this type of work.

When returning during the warranty period, the goods must be returned in the condition of the goods on delivery, in the original packaging without damage or the like.

If a delivery is defective or damaged, the Customer is also entitled to compensation for his loss. Easymeeting is nevertheless not liable, regardless of the basis or degree of negligence, for the customer's indirect losses and consequential damages, such as operating and advance losses, loss of goodwill, loss of expected savings and the like, and Easymeeting disclaims any responsibility for loss of data, software, bios or costs for re-establishing this. 

RETURN

The customer has no right of return. We only accept goods in return after prior written agreement, and provided that the following conditions are met; Returns must be undamaged in unbroken original packaging with the original invoice number and date indicated.

We reserve the right, when crediting, to deduct a return fee of 15 % from the invoice value, minimum NOK 1000 ex VAT

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We continuously update our products and services on the website. Products and services available on our website may be incorrectly priced, inaccurately described or unavailable and we may experience delays in updating information about services and products in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee that all information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services are error-free. We reserve the right to change or update information, and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, without prior notice.

SUBSCRIPTION

Subscriptions and fixed services are invoiced in advance and periodically, either monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on which subscription you choose when purchasing.

Your subscription will automatically renew under exactly the same conditions at the end of each billing period, unless you or we cancel it. You can cancel your subscription either via your administration page or by sending an email to support@easymeeting.net.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You must provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, zip code, city, telephone number, and a valid form of payment. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Easymeeting AS to charge all subscription fees via the chosen payment method.

If automatic payment for any reason is not carried out, Easymeeting AS will issue electronic invoice (s) indicating that you must pay via invoice by a given date in order to still be able to use the service (s).

FREE TRIAL PERIOD

Easymeeting AS can offer a subscription with a free trial period for a limited time.

You may be required to provide billing information upon registration for a free trial period.

If you provide billing information when you sign up for your free trial, you will not be charged until your free trial has expired. You will automatically be charged the fee for the selected subscription on the last day of the trial period, unless you have canceled your subscription.

At any time and without prior notice, Easymeeting AS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the free trial offer or to cancel the free trial offer.

PRICE CHANGE

Easymeeting AS may change price (s) at any time. Any change to the subscription fee (s) will take effect at the next billing period.

Easymeeting will give you reasonable advance notice of any price changes, so that you have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before such a change takes effect.

Continued use of the service (s) after the price change has taken effect, requires that you pay for the changed subscription within the specified deadline.

REFUND

Requests for refunds of subscriptions and services will be considered by Easymeeting AS.

CONTENTS

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make information, text, graphics, videos or other material ("Content") available. You are responsible for the content you post on the Service, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.

You represent and warrant that: The Content is yours (you own it) or that you have the right to use it and that publishing the Content on or through our Services does not violate the Privacy Act, publicity rights, copyright or other persons' rights.

YOUR ACCOUNT

When you create an account with us, you must always provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date. Failure to do so will violate the Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate cancellation of your account.

You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access the Service(s) and for all activities or actions under your password, whether your password is on one of our Services or with a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to third parties. You must notify us immediately if you discover any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use the following username: another person's name or device that is not legally available, a name or trademark that is subject to another person's rights without authorization, or a name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

SPIRITS

The service and its original content (with the exception of content provided by users), functions and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Easymeeting AS and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws that apply both in Norway and abroad. Our trademarks and logos may not be used in connection with products or services without the prior written consent of Easymeeting AS

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our services may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Easymeeting AS.

Easymeeting AS has no control over and does not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policy or practices of third party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Easymeeting AS is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use or dependence on such content, goods or services available through such websites or services.

We strongly encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites or services you visit.

END

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Cancellation or cancellation of subscription must be received in writing no later than 3 months before the next billing period.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

Easymeeting AS, nor its board members, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliated companies, shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of service, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any third-party conduct or content on the Service; (iii) Content obtained from Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theory, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damage, and to and with if any remedy described herein proves to have failed in its essential purpose.

DISCLAIMER

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or performance.

Easymeeting AS's subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors do not guarantee that a) the Service will operate uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or place; b) Any errors or omissions will be corrected immediately; c) The service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) The results of using the service meet your requirements.

REGULATION

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict with statutory provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of those rights. If a provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services, and supersede any previous agreements.

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS

We can update our terms as needed. We will notify you of changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating «last updated»At the top of these terms.

You should review these terms regularly for any changes. Changes to these Terms will be effective when posted on this site.

By using our service after these revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you can stop using the service.
